Two days of heavy rain washed away the meteorological summer and transformed the forest. The soil was soaked, the leaves cleansed, and the air saturated with moisture carrying the scent of earth and resin. When on the third day the sun broke through the treetops, it felt as if all of nature had exhaled, as if every drop of rain had been preparation for this moment of renewal and freshness. It was the perfect setting for our gathering – a forest bath with which we said goodbye to meteorological summer.
There were about ten of us, women of different ages and life stories. At first glance, so different, yet in the forest incredibly connected. Each carried her own story, and together we shared strength, gentleness, and openness to experience.
A special dimension was added to the encounter by one participant – a quantum physicist. She shared her reflection from a scientific perspective, in the language of atoms, particles, and vibrations. She spoke about how everything that exists, at its core, is nothing but energy vibrating at a certain frequency. That realization suddenly connected our experiences to a broader understanding: what we feel in the forest as peace, lightness, or freedom – is in fact a shift in the vibration of our being.
Our conversation then spontaneously expanded to the question: how do we raise our own vibrations?
We exchanged ideas and experiences – through the colors we wear, the food with which we nourish our bodies, the feelings with which we nurture our souls. We realized that the choices we make every day are not small – each one is a vibration we send out and return to ourselves.
In one special moment, as we sat with eyes closed, surrendering to a guided visualization, a sudden wind blew through. It felt as if nature had sent us a message: freedom lies within us, and we are always supported. It was the forest’s whisper, a confirmation that what we feel is powerful. We became aware of a simple yet profound truth: everything is energy. Without rain, we would not have felt such freshness. The sun that appeared after the rain was not just light – it became a symbol of renewal, inner ease, and joy.
The farewell to summer thus became much more than the symbolism of a date. Our farewell turned into a celebration of life. A celebration of freedom, authenticity, and gratitude. Autumn is not an end – it is a new beginning, an invitation to step into change with hearts full of freshness and inner strength.
And always, again and again, I am surprised by the beauty of togetherness. Every woman I guide into the bath brings her unique energy. Together we create a field that is different each time, yet always powerful. For me, it is an experience that fills me, reminding me that this work is both a gift and a calling. And in the end – hugs often follow. Those quiet, warm embraces in which gratitude and connection are felt, and that ineffable something that happens when nature and people breathe in the same rhythm.
Remember – autumn arrives as an opportunity – to continue raising our vibrations, to nurture freedom and authenticity, and to build a life in harmony with nature.
